Directions:

• -Restart the machine into Safe Mode with Network
• -Tap F8 repeatedly when you see the Dell Logo (once a second should do it)
• -You will see a Black and White menu, select Safe Mode with Network
• -Login as administrator if available, if not, the user
• -Click on the mbam-setup.exe file above
• -Download and install
• -Open Malwarebytes, it's the Red "M"
• -Click the Update Tab
• -Hit up update button until you get the "You are up to date" message
• -Click the Scan Tab
• -Select Full Scan
• -Hit Scan
• -Choose the C:\ drive
• -When the scan completes
• -View the report
• -Remove the infections
• -You will be prompted the restart the machine
• -Boot normally into windows
• -Run another full scan while continuing to work. It may be slow but we need to run a second just to make sure
• -View the Report after the second scan and take any action to remove/restart if needed.
